The Art of Naomi Hartov

Naomi Hartov has always been interested in artistic expression. She has written poetry and has also tried several other artistic mediums besides collage. But it was when she tried collage-making that she felt she'd found her metier. She has now been working in the medium for six or seven years. One of her early pieces, created when she was being treated at DHMC for breast cancer, was featured in the Art of Medicine section of Dartmouth Medicine's Winter 2007 issue.

She also worked for Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center for several years—first scheduling appointments for patients of the Comprehensive Breast Program and more recently as a research assistant on a shared decision-making project.

Here are some more of her collages.
