Steven Schlozman, M.D.

Steve Schlozman is a graduate of the Dartmouth-Brown Program in Medicine, class of 1994. After doing a year of internal medicine training at Rhode Island Hospital, he trained in Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital and Child Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, the Co-director of Medical Student Education in Psychiatry for Harvard, and the Associate Director of Residency Training in Child Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital and Mclean Hospital. His serves as the psychiatric consultant to the pediatric transplant service at MGH, and he studies curriculum development in medical education, stigma in psychiatric education, and the interface of popular culture and psychiatry. He also writes the Grand Rounds blog for Psychologytoday.com, and he can be reached at sschlozman@partners.org.
