Galaha: A Photo Gallery

This little fellow was also a patient in our therapeutic feeding center. He was very severely malnourished and possibly ill due to some other illness that we couldn't discover. Unfortunately, he didn't make it in spite of everything that we did. When his death seemed imminent, I recommended to his family that we discontinue his IV and the nasogastric tube that we had been feeding him with, and allow his family to take him home, which was several hours away. If he died in Galaha, he would have to stay and be buried in Galaha, and they wanted to take him home.
